Information we collect

When you submit a career application, we receive the role selected, your name, email address and any phone number, LinkedIn profile, message, resume or cover letter you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information in your message.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device details and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use application information to assess candidates and communicate about recruitment. We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss our services. Technical information supports site operation, security and troubleshooting. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your choices

Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice for up to 180 days and supports secure administrator sign-in. It cannot be switched off through this notice, but you can clear it in your browser.

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you allow analytics cookies. It can process page views, device and browser information, referral sources and approximate location, and use cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years, depending on Google’s settings. This site does not enable advertising cookies.

You can reject all optional cookies, accept all, or select analytics separately. Change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or submitting an application.

Storage, access and service providers

Applications and uploaded documents are stored through Lovable Cloud. The internal applications dashboard requires sign-in and an authorised administrator account. Recruitment notifications are configured to go to mt@multitechsg.com and can include applicant details and time-limited document links. Anyone with a valid document link can access that document, so those links should not be shared.

We use service providers for hosting, secure storage, email delivery and, with your permission, Google Analytics. These providers may process information outside Singapore. Applicable data protection requirements govern transfers and provider handling.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including recruitment, responding to enquiries and applicable legal obligations. Application records and files are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule. You can contact us to request deletion.

We use access controls and private document storage to protect application information. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and contact

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. We may verify your identity before responding.

External sites and policy changes

Links to LinkedIn and other external websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies. We may update this policy when our practices change; the date above indicates the latest revision.
