Background

A third-party implementation partner, seeing the risk of being replaced, was sabotaging the rollout and claiming the solution didn't work, stalling the agreed schedule.

Goal

Close the deal and demonstrate to the budget holder that the end user's own third-party team was the one sabotaging the process.

The Work

Built a tracker and used it consistently at every interaction so the customer could see, transparently, where the agency's execution was falling short.

Outcome

The customer saw how easy and structured the process actually was, chose to take over implementation themselves, and even though they couldn't fully self-cover everything, they walked away from the blocking vendor and moved to the company's managed services instead.
